About…

…me
Since taking my first  steps into the world of professional photography back in 2004 I have worked as  a freelance photographer in press, promotional and portrait photography.    I shall be adding on a regular basis  samples of my commissioned work, photo essays, photo documentary projects , as well as offering prints and stock images for sale.
I am a  member of the National Union of Journalists and the Society of International Media and Press Photographers.

…My Photography Services
Press  Photography
My work is published regularly in both national and regional publications in print and online. I am commissioned on a regular basis by  newspapers, magazines as well as private organisations supplying images to a wide range of media.

Promotional Photography

I provide promotional photography for  organizations ranging from industry, retail  to arts and performance based companies. I enjoy regular commissions from businesses requiring images for Press & PR campaigns, advertising, websites and promotional literature.
I have good working relationships with a host of arts groups and performers providing  documentary and promotional photography to theatre production companies, dance companies, venues, bands, musicians, artists,  festivals and local authorities arts offices.

Portraits
I offer portrait sessions in both my portrait studio and  on location.  For me a  portrait sitting  is a chance to capture  an individual’s,  a group’s  personality  whether that be shot in studio, in the  home , in a place of work or at a lcation of significance to the  subject.  I offer portrait services for:

Personal Portraits
Actors Headshots
Corporate Headshots

… My Kit:
For anyone that’s curious here’s my current kit:
Canon Eos 1Dmk3
Canon Eos 20D
Canon 70-200 f2.8 IS L series lens
Canon 16-35mm f2.8 L series lens
Tokina 100mm macro lens
(for what its worth I avoid getting into  the whole  Canon v  Nikon debate.  My first camera was a second hand  Canon AE1,  I’ve never had any reason to change brands  since then it really is as simple as that)
